- Was there anything you didn't like?We were a group of 4 friends with 4 reservations. We had a horrible situation with one of our colleagues, they did not find the reservation and although we had the Booking confirmation and the charge, the hotel did not provide any solution and they simply said we had no reservation. They did not offer any alternatives or contact to Booking. Nothing!!! Thanks god Booking.com finally resolved the solution, but the situation was awful and the hotel customer services simply did not exist at all.
